Tara helped my husband and I buy our first home. We thought we were in the market for a condo and after looking around with Tara we decided a new build townhouse was the right investment and future home for us. There were so many steps during the long closing and we would have been absolutely lost without Tara. When the builders would give us info, Tara knew all the questions to ask to get us complete answers and costs. When our lawyer was being unhelpful in our delayed closing, Tara got us the answers we needed. The full closing of our townhouse took nearly two years (because there was a condo element).
